Sam in all his Randomness..

Here are a couple of funny things Sam said this weekend..

First thing, we were down town and drove by the court house where there were MANY people picketing to legalize Pot..lol At this point Sam asks if smoking is a drug. SO, I said yes it is! Then a few moments later he asked use a very important 7 year old question, it was...
"Is picking your nose a drug?" LOL
Well, I said "Yes it kind of is Sammy.. Once you start it is very hard do stop. It is something that you hide if you are doing it and if people see you do it, you lie to cover it up." lol Then he said "what if I just can't help it?" That cracked me up!

Second thing, This morning he was sitting at the computer doing a little "work" and said..
"I just can't wait Mommy." I said "what for Sammy boy?" he said "I can't wait to see what's in store for me in my life." HOW cute!

Third he wanted to watch Extreme Home Makeover so I said he could today.. Then he yelled "Move that BUS!"..lol This was not Sam's first time at the show..I can tell! ;)

Sam has really made me laugh this week!

What a cutie! I love those quotes. I need to start blogging my kids' quotes, too, one of these days.

That kid is hilarious! I loved it in primary today how he was totally belting out the Mother's day song. He is great!

Awwww Sam is such a cutie!
I love the way kids process everything...
I'm now going to pass on to my daughter (Ms. Word of Wisdom Queen) that picking her nose is a 'drug'... LeaAnne you made a valid argument... thanks... ;o)

Oh, I miss him! I have to tell you, having Sam in my class my first year of teaching primary was the best thing ever for me. He was always so sweet and actually paid attention (which is hard for 3 year olds!) and he always said the funniest things. It seriously made me just love teaching primary. He really is such a great little guy. I still to this day think of him when I see Thomas on TV. He asked me to draw a train every week in class! He made me feel like such an artist!

So funny!! Kids are awesome! I will have to give Pierce your line about picking your nose being like a drug, but he doesn't hide it and lie about it... to his mother's horror and embarrassment.
